Shipping
How long does it take for me to get my order?
  • Our order processing times are 5 to 7 business days. After processing, the estimated shipping time is 1 to 3 days.

Where can I find my Tracking number?
  • We will send you your tracking number once the item arrives in your country.  

My order status says “delivered” but I have not received it.

My order never arrived
  • If 25 days have passed and you have not received your order, we will refund half of the price to you. If 60 days have passed and you have not received your order, we can resend you the product or give you a full refund.

There is something wrong with my order
  • Please email us at  help.frandsen@gmail.com and we will resolve it for you
How long does it take for a return/exchange to be completed?
  • We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.
 Sizes
What is my size?

This is street wear so it tends to run loose and we encourage you to own the look.

Some products have their sizing charts with in their images. Always use those for reference, other wise, use this one.

International customers
Why can’t you ship to my country?
  • Some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.
Will I need to pay duties on my shipment?
  • It depends on your country. The US and EU don’t require duties on our products.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return/exchange my purchases?
  •  If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order on the following conditions:
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
    • Merchandise must have all original tags attached
    • Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned
    • Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at  help.frandsen@gmail.com, stating reason for return.
  • Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e., credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I start an return/exchange?

    • Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
    • Mail your return to the address provided to you via email
    • Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
